ONLINE STORE POLICY
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND OTHER POLICIES

Selection, prices, availability, and store policy may vary between our On-Line and Walk-In store.

ORDER RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 10 days provided the items are in their sealed original packaging and are unused and undamaged.  Returns for refund will be subject to a 10%
restocking fee.  All returns must have a return authorization code (RAC).  Please contact us to receive an RAC before shipping any returns back to us.  Returns arriving without an
RAC will not be accepted.  You will be responsible for the shipping cost which is non-refundable.  Credit card refunds are usually issued in 2-3 business days.  Please note that
although a credit refund has been submitted by us, depending on your issuing credit card company, it may take longer for you to receive the credited amount.  Please note that all
sales are final on clearance items, which means we will not accept any return on items that have been designated for clearance at time of purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item of equal or greater value, we will waive the 10% restocking fee.  You will still be responsible for all shipping cost.

If a product carries a warranty and requires service, those claims are handled between YOU and the manufacturer.  Missing parts and/or hardware from kits and parts bags must
also be obtained from the manufacturer.  Although we are more than happy to assist you in obtaining any possible warranty claim, all warranty decisions are under the sole
discretion of the individual manufacturer of the product.  Do not send any product to us that may be defective unless you have received approval from an authorized representative of
Hillsborough R/C Hobby LLC.  In addition, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from Hillsborough R/C Hobby LLC.

ORDER & SHIPPING ERRORS/OMISSIONS
In the rare event that we sent you an incorrect item, contact us immediately.  We will issue a call tag to cover the shipping cost to us.  You will still be responsible for safely packing
the item to be returned us.  Once we receive the item and inspected, we will send the correct item to you and cover the shipping cost to you.  Returns are accepted within 10 days
provided the items are in their sealed original packaging and are unused and undamaged.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped.  Please call during our business hours listed here to cancel your
order.   Do not cancel orders by e-mail as we may not receive it on time.

SHIPPING
While our preferred carrier is UPS, we reserve the right to change shipping carriers when necessary in order to preserve discount levels, meet delivery expectations or in other
reasonable circumstances.
Please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.  Shipping times are generally based on business days and begin on the ship date.  We do not
require signatures on deliveries by default.  If you are not generally at home to receive packages, we suggest you call to ask for signature-required service. Certain smaller
packages may be shipped with USPS. All orders are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery
to the carrier.  While we do strive to ship all items within 24hrs they are ordered, this sometimes cannot be achieved.  When time is a critical factor in your order, please call us to
confirm stock levels and shipping times.

To reduce fraud we will only ship to the address that matches your credit card billing address.  There is no exception to this policy.

TAX
Customers in New Jersey will be charged a state sales tax of 7%.  All other orders will not be subject to sales tax.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

also be obtained directly from the manufacturer.  Although we are more than happy to assist you in obtaining any possible warranty claim, all warranty decisions are under the sole
discretion of the individual manufacturer of the product.  Do not send any product to us that may be defective unless you have received approval from an authorized representative of
Hillsborough R/C Hobby LLC.  In addition, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from Hillsborough R/C Hobby LLC. Please note that many nitro engine
manufacturers do not warranty their engines once it has been used. To avoid any confusion we suggest that you contact the manufacturers directly regarding any warranty
questions or related issues you may have with any given product.

Car parts, electric motors and speed controls, and batteries are subject to varied service requirements by customers, so most broken parts are considered normal wear and are
not covered by manufacturer's warranty.  Fast charging and heat build-up in batteries can cause cell damage or cell case separation and are not covered by warranty.  Recoil
pullstarts are usually not covered under manufacturers warranty.

We cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of kits, engines and accessories, parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled
model. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.

If you substitute or replace original kit hardware and/or radio components with after-market accessories, Hillsborough R/C Hobby LLC cannot be held responsible for problems or
equipment failure caused by incompatibility or modifications. This includes all other products sold by Hillsborough R/C Hobby LLC.
